Teki Tekua Now

Teki Tekua's new programme TeKi Tekua Now offers classes for adults with or without previous dance experience.

The classes offer a safe space to reconnect with your body and put your thoughts aside. Using methods such as Pilates flows, yoga elements, breath work, improvisation techniques and dance fundamentals, the experienced teachers will guide you to a deeper appreciation of movement and share with you the life energy that comes with it. "feel light, strong, happy and beautiful".

These photos were taken while filming a video to promote their new course.

I studied Media Management at the Schule für Gestaltung in Bern, while working in Marketing and Communications at Leica Camera and now work independently as a freelance designer.
