Teki Tekua's new programme TeKi Tekua Now offers classes for adults with or without previous dance experience.

The classes offer a safe space to reconnect with your body and put your thoughts aside. Using methods such as Pilates flows, yoga elements, breath work, improvisation techniques and dance fundamentals, the experienced teachers will guide you to a deeper appreciation of movement and share with you the life energy that comes with it.
