Nursing care is part of medical care. The need for nursing staff is constantly increasing. The Confederation and the cantons have already taken various measures in recent years to improve the situation of nursing staff.

An initiative was submitted for the Confederation and the cantons to take additional measures, promote the training of nursing staff and improve working conditions in the care sector.

I designed the following poster for the JusoInfrarot Magazine.

On 28 November 2021, 65% voted for the appeal to improve the working conditions of nurses in Switzerland.
