Website for Real Estate Company Relavest AG in Olten
Relavest AG is a real estate company based in Olten. It offers services in property management, letting, sales, and construction project support for both residential and commercial properties. With an experienced team, Relavest supports private owners, investors, and businesses in a professional, personal and forward-looking manner.
I studied Media Management at the Schule für Gestaltung in Bern, while working in Marketing and Communications at Leica Camera and now work independently as a freelance designer.

About the project
The aim of the project was to develop a modern and user-friendly website that strengthens Relavest’s position as a reliable and competent real estate partner. As part of the project, social media channels were set up, a comprehensive content concept (content cluster) was developed, and new team and environmental photographs were produced.
The new website was designed with a clear focus on simplicity, structure, and user guidance. It addresses various target groups and offers each of them direct access to the most relevant content.
A clear and structured design that guides users and gives them quick access to key information.
Optimised for smartphones and tablets, creating a smooth and consistent experience on all devices.
A well organised content system and professionally designed templates for social media posts.
Authentic photography of the team and local surroundings builds trust and reflects the company's identity.
